Action Plan from Meeting
1. Investigate trashing/clearing sites next to pitches, by the probation service. Action – GT
2. Investigate lease options on non-Council owned land. Action – GT
3. Submit Initial Proposal form to Sportslot for Walking circuit if appropriate Action - PCYCG, with assistance from AL if required
4. Draw up a draft plan for wider consultation. Action- Older Young peoples play equipment - GT, The two other identified elements of the Walking Circuit and Community Area, including benches. Action – PCYCG and AL
5. Hold meeting to discuss draft plans for the consultations. Action – All 9.30am 27/02/07 Pavilion
6. Organise a public consultation with draft plan. Action – PCYCG, AL and LT (lag)
7. In addition take draft plan for consultation to:
• Youth Club
• Forum
• Library, Surgery etc…
• Primary School Action – CST
• Gardening Club
8. a) Once the Full consultation is carried out final plans to be drawn up. Action – RS
b) Plan to be published in the Village newsletter. Action – PCYCG, AL and Huw (LAG officer, current Editor of newsletter)
c) Sub-committee/steering group to be set up to work on grant searches and grant applications proposals. Action – PCYCG, AL
9. Organise Project Delivery plans to include the youth, gardening club, forum, etc. Action – Steering Group
Press release to be drafted and circulated to all, prior to release. Action - AH
