The application to move the main entrance to the Emlyn development by 50 yards and therefore to destroy the new community garden is coming before the planning committee this Thursday - with a recommendation from planning officers to grant the appication.
The application to develop over 80 houses and apartments on a small area of the site off Gorsddu rd. is also being considered. The link to applications on the Council’s website are below. If you want a lift to the planning meeting on Thursday morning, contact Phil Owen - 07768 152154.

Well despite Eifon Bowens attempt in my opinion to influence the decision about a site visit with his comments about last time they visited Penygroes the committe members voted unanamously to come and have a look at our lovely Community garden on October 9th. I would ask all villagers to come and support the garden that day, but lets keep it nice and friendly and show the committe our support for the garden by weight of numbers there on Oct 9th.
