Emlyn Development Planning Applications
I’ve been asked to publish the links to the 5 planning applications submitted by Protex. If you have an opinion on these applications, it’s important that you let the Council know. It’ll be too late once the applications are passed. If you need any help, call in to see me in Neuadd Goffa.
The first (E/16741) relates to moving the entrance to the Emlyn site 50m nearer to the Gorsddu Rd. junction - through the recently-built community garden.
The second (E/16742) relates to amendments to the “Phase 1″ planning application already passed, plus a new application for part of “phase 2″
The 3rd (E/16743) relates to an outline application for moving the rugby club and providing a new youth centre sometime in the future.
The 4th & 5th (E/16744 & E/16745) relate to adding another 3 years onto the time limit for developing parts of the site.

I really enjoy checking the website and reading about all the things that are going on. I would like to suggest a couple of tweaks!
I don’t think the banner really depicts Penygroes, I think a few local photographs would be better.
Finally, being a blogging virgin it’s taken me a while to work out how to post a message. Could you add some basic instructions on how to register etc on the home page.
