The annual Caerbryn Hall barbeque is being held on Saturday 14th July this year, starting at 6.30pm.Tickets are £5 for adults and £3 for children (up to 11 yrs.).Please purchase your tickets by Thursday 12th July.

Members of the churches in Penygroes got together in Neuadd Goffa for an evening of praise and fellowship on Friday. A collection was made in support of Tŷ Hafan hospice.

Penygroes Gardening Club have been successful in their application for £400 worth of tubs and flowers from B&Q Llanelli. 8 tubs will be provided, together with compost and summer bedding plants. These will be placed across the Ward over the next week or two.

Another circular walk has been added to the list. Look under “Countryside Walks” on the right-hand side under “pages”.
The latest one - from Spien to Caerbryn Rd. takes around an hour and a half to get around. You wouldn’t think you’re so close to Penygroes. You’re out in open countryside most of the time. Take the children and / or the dog. The views are great. It clears the head, gets rid of stress, helps with fitness and keeps the weight down. It’s also free !
